Back Yard News Toddler Workouts at the Springs General Store Hey Moms and Dads - Our local Tomasin Marshall is planning a kids exercise program in the our backyard. She is currently working with the pre-K at Springs School. Every Wednesday she teaches them exercise moves for 30 minutes. They are really having fun and she would like to offer it twice a week. Tomasin Marshall is an NASM certified Personal Trainer & Certified Holistic Counselor accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and the classes are free. Tomasin specializes in helping women from Montauk to Manhattan in the areas of nutrition, Exercise, Spirituality and self care.
